Exchange / Return Policy

CHANGES

You have the right to change the products you purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of shipment.
There are no exchanges on lingerie, swimwear , jewelry and masks.
For offer products, a change is made by selecting another offer product. For products in the Offers -50% category, no Change and Refund is made. In the Black Friday category, no changes and refunds are made.
All returned products are checked and disinfected . In the event that a defect is found during the quality control of the returned product (undesirable odors can also be considered a defect), Vesta Donna must return the package back to the consumer.
The costs of returning and shipping the product are your responsibility. Please ensure that the packaging of the shipment is secure so that no damage occurs during transport.
Please note that changes are only accepted if:
- Contact us by phone to declare the change on working days Monday to Friday between the hours of 10:00 and 18:00.
- The product has not been worn beyond the test.
- The product is returned with all its accessories, such as the box and the purchase receipt.
 

RETURNS

In case of returning the products for a refund, the return must be made within 14 calendar days from the date of shipment, provided that the products are in the excellent condition in which they were delivered. The shipping and return costs are borne by the customer. Upon receipt of the products by us, the money will be refunded by depositing it into the bank account that you will indicate to us within 20 days. In this case, any Bank costs that may arise from the transaction will be charged to you.
Returns are only accepted if the products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them and are accompanied by the retail receipt or invoice. No returns are made on discount products, underwear, swimwear , jewelry and masks. No Exchanges and Refunds are made on products in the Offers -50% category.
If the product comes with a gift, the gift must be returned with the product .

The return of products is made to the address of our physical store at 17 28th October Street , Postal Code 56224 in Evosmos, Thessaloniki.

In case of incorrect receipt of products, the customer must inform Vesta Donna either by phone 2310/772003 or via e- mail : vestadonna.gr@gmail.com within 1 day of receipt.
 
We inform you that Vesta Donna is not responsible for any loss or damage to the product during return shipping. Vesta Donna also bears no responsibility for any damage or deterioration of the product after its use and is under no circumstances obliged to replace it. If the returned product has suffered damage or deterioration due to the fault of the customer or its value has been reduced by handling that was not necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and operation of the product, our company will estimate the value of the damage and the amount of the reduction in its value, and will be obliged to refund the customer after deducting the corresponding amount of the damage from the total amount of the refund.
In addition to the rights provided by the returns policy, all rights applicable to consumers under the applicable provisions and laws relating to the sales contract are recognized, in any case, as well as any right arising in relation to the product warranty terms.
